Brief Example: Total partnership breakdown between a private adoption agency and a county department of child welfare. The conflicts were resolved and an agreement was structured as the foundation for a healthy, productive working relationship with a new vision of collaborative partnership. In the following year, 109 “unadoptable” children destined for a life offoster care were placed in permanent families.
